Last week I lost out on a pretty big deal in Phoenix, AZ. Yes, I was pretty mad, but after reflecting on the process, I realized what I did wrong, and what I did right.

Today, I’m going to share both the bad and good with the hope you can avoid the mistakes that may have cost me this deal.
